- Never fabricate physical RF or GPU acceleration results. - Default host evidence is **CPU-only** (`SYNTHETIC_SIM`). - `make gate4-gpu` exits honestly with `BLOCKED_GPU` when CUDA is absent. - Do not claim “emergent language” without interpretability analysis (entropy, MI, topographic similarity, interventions).

Methods and returns are copied from results/smoke/smoke_summary_table.json. evidence_class is SYNTHETIC_SIM. The device block says cuda_available is false and the label is CPU_ONLY_APPLE_SILICON. GPU timings are not invented from the blocked-GPU file.
